ACL recovery is all in the rehab.....

a player can make his muscles so much stronger with the extra focus and thus can come out testing BETTER than before.
It's the rehab that is the difference...it's very very grueling work on the player's part but iof they commit to the rehabb they have a good chance at being as good or slightly better - muscularly speaking - than before...the joint not so much...but the surrounding muscle is what holds everything together!!!
