an entire generation NEVER knew the Rams as their NFL team....only hearing about them from their father's stories in the 90s.
Also, SoCal has its own lifestyle and way of "doing" sports & other activities. The truth is, there are SOOO many things to do with perfect weather all year around that make sports - a great fun thing to do - but when the team is bad...there are SOOOO other things to do that bring joy for those fans. To many outsiders the SoCal way of team support can appear fickle or not as strong/loyal a fanbase as other towns. Maybe that's true maybe it's not...I could care less.
I'm more of a nutjob and live & die by the way the team goes...but that's just me...and you all here!
