If we just look at QBs over the past two years Goff checks every box as far as being a top-10 QB. And this discussion, TD % (he's 7th) and INT% (9th) is no different.

And of course, he's 6th in QB rating, 4th in yards/attempt, 3rd in adjusted yards/attempt, 2nd in yards/completion, tied for 3rd in 4th quarter comebacks, tied for 8th in game-winning drives, etc. etc. The one area he is not top-10 is completion percentage (21st).
