I get your point ZN, it's not like a decline from let's say and aging RB that just doesn't have the "juice" any longer. But it is a decline nonetheless.

Remember, he was doing very well after the first knee incident. He played well after game 2, until it flared up again.

Then he played well in the post-season, at least against Dallas.

So I get your point about the meaning of "decline." You put it well---it's not like an aging RB that just doesn't have the "juice" any longer.

My point is that SO FAR anyway this looks like an up/down, flares up/calms down kinda thing.

Now what do you do with that? You manage it, you limit carries.

What helps you manage carries?

Have 2 other good backs besides him.
