Obviously the Rams are enamored with Brown but I can't help looking at production vs. potential. Brown's been with the Rams for 4 years and done nothing as a running back. In the little time he's played, he had a knee injury in '17 and a broken collar bone in '18. So, when the team actually needed him he couldn't answer the bell.
Anderson came in and destroyed some defenses and was a starting caliber RB. Granted, he didn't play special teams but for the chicken feed that he's getting, I really wish the Rams would have kept him. He and Gurley together make for an actually dominant backfield. Brown may or may not excel at some point but why reward him instead of the guy who actually came in and produced and replaced Gurley when he was hurt?
