Of course I read them. And we (the board) have discussed even before McVay was hired.

My take on it has been that when McVay can't get the receivers open in the red zone, it might have to do with the players not being as good as McVay makes them seem. Just a thought.

Although without a Gurley threat, the offense certainly struggled in comparison... so maybe it goes both ways.
