Devin “Motor" Singletary is elusive and plays with toughness. He is also described as having the fortitude for blitz pick which is a great counterbalance given that he has more of a scat back build. He is an interesting player. He may bring more to the table than John Kelly.

Montgomery is 3 inches taller, almost 20 lbs heavier and ran a faster 40 at 4.63. He also had 15 reps and had 28.5 verticles. Do you lean towards either back?

Do you see enough upside beyond Kelly to invest a 3rd?

I like Malcolm Brown a great deal. He has not rushed for more than 246 yards in any of his four season's but he has shown plenty. I would expect this is his best season. Given the importance of the position to this team and what we saw last season, there is cause for being pragmatic. With TG having a huge contract, reportedly having a chronic condition and not truly being able to go in the NFC championship game or SB, I would add the best, cheap depth I could.
