Several of my fellow posters say that they don't like the rule change because it isn't perfect. But hey, it's an improvement on the existing NFL revue rules and for that I am pleased. If it was up to me I would include revues of roughing the passer, hits on defensive players, and illegal head-first hits. I would also limit the coaches to only one challenge per half to address the concern that more new rules would make the game longer and provide more dead spots.
