not remotely...
You're insinuating that it's done because it was the Rams. The Rams were participants but the underlying reason is not the logo.
It's the fact it happened in a close NFC Championship game and was an obvious miss. It was like the last straw. This has been happening a long time but when you put it under the microscope of the end of an incredibly exciting game for a trip to the Super Bowl...well...you get a rules change.
The team could have been the Cleveland Browns....it has nothing to do with "because it's the Rams."
I hear you Jemach but what about our Super Bowl with the Pats when they were blatantly holding our receivers and roughing the QB and all of this went uncalled? Close game that these calls would have made a difference in. The Rams complained afterwards but the NFL did nothing until later when it happened again to the Colts and Tony Dungy. After that, the NFL decided to change the rules but didn't when it was the Rams. Coincidence? Probably but who knows. I can see why Ram fans might feel the way they do.
