he was nothing but positive and a gamer, and he is more vocal on the field than guys like Goff. He could be a good leader IF he himself improves, but he always found himself making dumb mistake after dumb mistake, killing Jaguars chances, and it is hard for your D not to get a little tired of always bailing or trying to bail out your QB.
