he was nothing but positive and a gamer, and he is more vocal on the field than guys like Goff. He could be a good leader IF he himself improves, but he always found himself making dumb mistake after dumb mistake, killing Jaguars chances, and it is hard for your D not to get a little tired of always bailing or trying to bail out your QB. At some point, you kinda stop buying in to what the QB is selling.I think that happened in Jax, but the guy did have his team into position to get to the Super Bowl before they started playing scared and "not to lose" against NE after getting a big lead in AFC Championship game in 2017 (lost 24-20).
