If he would come in at 3Mil per year or less I would be all in.

I think Bortles should want to come he and be coached by McVay to help get his career back on track.

2 years under McVay and he would be ready to take a starters job somewhere else and still be young enough to make the big bucks.

He has a bunch of talent and experience by he got off track and is messed up right now. I think McVay can fix him.

Plus even messed up he is better than what we have had by a mile.
