If we don't draft a QB at 31, it will just as likely we don't have one valued there as it is we don't need one "badly".
And all this we have three receivers and not enough balls to go around is pure speculation. Fact, Cooper Kupp has missed game(s) in both years. He's coming off a pretty bad injury. The thought we are going to rely on him for 90+ catches will lead to injury...my prediction.
The reality is that one of those three receivers will miss games...so it is like we have three...We didn't in 2017...we didn't in 2018, And, like I said, it's likely we won't in 2019.
This thought that this draft is going to be dominated by defense IMO is baloney. I think you will always see some balance because in reality, you like BPA's but needs to start to trump....especially on day 3.
We cannot, and I predict will not, load up on defense in the draft. Balance is the likely outcome.
And no...I'm not giving up on a TE because we don't have one.
Our offseason resources will flow heavily toward the D positions. All resources. FA, trade, and draft picks.
Because that’s where the “holes” are, dammit!
Sure, the O will get some attention, but the vast majority will go where it’s most needed. To deny that is to be divorced from reality, man.
