Most Detroit Lions fans would have offered up their firstborn, Plus all of the next two year's draft picks for a trip to the SB. They would laugh in my face, get angry, and call me names if I said, "Heck we Rams paid too much for those trades. We gave up a 1, 2, 3, 4, etc." Then they'd probably punch me in the gut, call me names, and take my wallet, cause they figured I deserved it.

The trades and player moves can be analyzed ad-nauseum but the goal was to win he SB. To do that you got to get there. We got there.

In McVay's et. al.'s first season they took a group of broken players, who were coached by a mediocre coach, and got them to the playoffs. In their second season he took them to the SB. The jury is still out on calling McVay a superior coach, but the Rams' org. is off to a great start and they've earned the benefit of the doubt.

They've showed us a little magic these past two years, I'm actually optimistic about the next.

What a great year we had. What a pleasure it was to be a Rams' fan. Don't you still relish beating the niners twice? I do.
