but if you have a sense of quantum physics you can understand why the O was terrible and the D was awfully good. Draw a circle. That circle represents a limited amount of either positive or negative.. Inside that circle label it Super Bowl and beneath that "Rams". Lets assume the "energy" given by the Defense is so good it takes up most of the energy in the circle. Obviously that leaves little for the Offense. Same for a Patriot circle-hence only 13 points for them and 3 for us. Now if the Ram defense had played mediocre there would be more room for offensive energy in that circle. Therefore the rule is if you want to score more points you must limit your defense to average play. There is a risk in playing "great defense" but if you can totally shut down the opposing offense it might be worth the risk. But you have to score more than 3 pts.
