Our Fans. Kid you not. That was a cattle herd of Texans in our corral. Pregame was truly uncomfortable, and these folks were loud, loud. However, early on they were restless, but not near the pregame volume. Yes, they were off after the Cooper TD, but after that it simmered down. It was then that our folks started to find their lungs. And boy howdy did they.

Whitworth, Sully having an evening, and how nice for Aikman to clue in on it. Whitworth on one end around getting such a nice shove on the end.
Offensive personnel groupings, and McVay letting the guys upfront decide this game

Higbee moving the ball, making some nice seal blocks. BTW, I’d have to find but the play Goff got one of the best backside blocks in what looked like a crushing hit milliseconds before 2 Rams came up (Gurley?) and saved our QB.

Marveling still at the balance, and ballet feet of CJ Anderson. How he keeps the weight forward, and still able to slip through mouse cracks.
“Ram-arkable”

Can’t say enough about Woods, and Cooks. #17 has been more than a WR. His work away from the ball, too, is top shelf.

The defensive front seven ought to take a parade bow. Brockers wrecked stuff, Fowler mauling, and of course #99. Interesting that so much of the linebacking corps was a team effort, and not a case of standouts. Loved it.

I figure the focus might be the fist a cuffs of Peters – Cooper, however Peters had some solid coverages, and there’s no end to the accolades of what Talib represents.

Lows
The tailgate, itself, was the best ever, but the lot was a swamp. Muddy mess

Pregame kissy face with players and their families. Put away your lips, and put on your game faces

Joyner. Live and on the replay. Not the night I was hoping for. Sure that key 4th down stop was big, but gee whiz he was at the bad end of a number of plays.
Would have preferred to see them run the ball twice in 3 and 2 situations. One of those ends up in double penalties against us, and an incompletion.

Agree with the draft and it being defensive laden for us
Julian Love seems like a smart kid and played well. Undersized, and an underclassman, but fits as pick later in the draft

Safety sure seems a priority, too

Just before we get to the draft the free agent market will be haunted by Les Snead. I would think he might be a secondary market for help in defensive trench
