is top ten "decent"?

goff had a qb rating of 101.1 ranking him eighth in the league. is that what you want to call "decent"? thats fine, but if want to label that as decent why dont all teams have them? i think you serious;u underestimate goffs ability and the difficulty in finding one of those "decent" qbs.
