I've seen QB Coach Zac Taylor and Passing Game Coordinator Shane Waldron's name surface recently, however, as long as they stay away from Offensive Line Coach/Running Game Coordinator Aaron Kromer, I can deal with losing others, I feel Kromer would a huge loss as I regard him as one of, if not the best Offensive Line Coach in the NFL.
One advantage to winning the Super Bowl is teams don't like to wait because it hampers the hiring of Assistant Coaches, happened to Kyle Shanahan in San Francisco so we can root for that, but other Assistant Coaches will go before Ram assistants...Like John DeFilippo of the Vikings and Eric Bieniemy of the Chiefs, however, IMO, there will be many changes this off season, but I also expect a couple of College Head Coaches to be headed to the NFL.
