Hopefully we hit home runs...but IF there is a chance to move up and get a guy...we are in position to do it and still have ample draft capital.
Looking back, it has been Johnson, McDonald, Brown, Johnson, and Kupp. Noteboom was drafted as a future starter but I bet he could play now. Mason and Bailey did make some contributions before fate washed them out of football, but they weren't starters.
So I would say you could count on 3rd rounders starting immediately for the Rams.
I think Mason could have been a starter. He had a very good rookie year. Of course, he was never gonna be on TG30's level so that would have moved him down the pecking order anyway but I think he had the talent to be a starter.
