I worry about the "not a closed roof stadium" thing. Which is true. It looks more like a canopy or "patio" if you will... But the stadium IS covered. With that ETFE 'non-glass' material. I do not see how the 'smallish' side openings will allow fresh air throughout the inside of that stadium. Especially, the playing field which is 100 feet below ground level.
Also, someone needs to explain to me (in layman's terms) how that ETFE covering does NOT act like a giant magnifying glass, and cook the players & fans like so man ants...? Seriously though... the place will obviously be air conditioned..., but how do they stop the cool air from escaping out of the sides of the canopy?
I also love the Cardinals field/grass process, but it could never work with the Rams field being 100 feet down.
