It's exactly what McVay does! We have some posters who are evaluating the job McVay is doing at the same time that McVay is evaluating his own performance. I for one enjoy the critical analysis that our guys do and read every word of it. It might not be for everyone, though, and I get that. It would be a dull board, though, if every post had to appeal to every poster.
