From what I know personally if they are going to play than neither must actually have had a concussion, I really don't know how that's possible for Cooks after the hit he took but McVay said today that Cooks never lost conscious and remembers everything and has been saying both guys are symptom free so far. I can't see any way that you could play just a week later if you were concussed, but I'm not an expert just personal experience
