Maybe I missed something but it seems to me that everyone who has actually looked at numbers and done the math have concluded that the Rams are in good shape, and can in fact sign Peters, Goff, and a couple other core guys, too.

I haven't seen anyone refute that analysis. No one is saying "I looked at what you did and here's where I disagree" or "here's what you missed" or "here's where you made a mistake". To me everyone who claims the Rams have cap issues simply assume that must be the case because they signed a bunch of guys to a lot of money. The data does not support that position.
