this season....I just would be happy if he was the same steady type he was and those around him improve him. In other words I just don't see him as the traditional franchise type QB, but rather a smart player who learns to use those around him to improve the offense. Not the guy who needs to win a game at the end, but more the guy who knows how to use his options to win the game at the end....he works hard....he does everything asked of him and a major plus is he has a system that he is actually having a chance to do well in.
Everyone talks about him needing to get better....but again the HC is saying that about EVERYONE on the team....IMO with that type mentality I truly expect just that....improvement from those who even made the Pro Bowl to those who should have made it but were ignored to those who just do their job to the coaches choice of plays to those who clean the floors.....
That IMO is what makes teams championship caliper.
