From what I read from Bell, the amount/year is not the issue - although he is looking for something in the $14M/year range.. He mostly wants a multi-year deal that offers some stability. So that's a real problem, IMHO as that's risky for the Steelers as we know how quickly RBs can decline and he has a lot of miles on him.
