Fisher had final say in all the picks while he was coach. Les had final say last year. From your post that speaks a whole nother story. Who knows if Les wanted to make that trade with Buffalo and Fisher overruled him? I also recall that famous "lets work them out" when Fisher evaluated Quick and got all excited by a single workout. So that's on Fisher as well. Sure Snead had input, but Fisher made the call.
