Yeah I think the 2nd statement there is more accurate. Cause if he really wanted to make TA a pure receiver, I just think that's a waste of time. He's not a pure receiver and never will be. Not that I can see.
You can add more catches to his game than they did last year, but then he would be back to being what he does best, which is to play as a hybrid. Some catches. Some runs. Some trickery and decoy work.
