You may be right. But they supposedly have the most cap space starting next year. Weirdly enough, they're out of it now, apparently, and may have to make some cuts and restructure things just to sign Cooks.
I was thinking of that huge amount of extra dough
next year, with regard to future FA signings. But I've never been a cap expert, so who knows?
