He’s stiff in coverage for even a 3-4 OLB.
If Quinn wasn't a fit, due to coverage issues, then this may not be answer. Quinn was okay as a rusher, they couldn't use him in coverages...which is probably why he is gone. Hhmmm oh well

Smooth and comfortable in coverage, man or zone.
As a rusher (wildly underused in this role) he’s got plenty of bend, uses hands to keep clean, has exceptional burst to close. I’d take him in the 2nd and he’s being talked about like he’s a 4th/5th round guy.
I want him in the 3rd.
I've seen him between 3rd and 6th. I have no idea why but he's one that's all over the map.
What other 1st thru 3rd OLB are you high on right now?
1st round 3-4 OLB? Arden Key and Marcus Davenport...that’s it. Key is length monster, bit stiff and not particularly fluid but he’s surprisingly strong for his size, hands are heavy, and has great burst. Davenport is the guy with All-Pro potential. Raw as hell but bull in a china shop seems to be his floor. If his technique catches up to his rare power/strength/burst/bend...oh my. Similar in coverage, inconsistent but has obvious potential there.
2nd/3rd? Turay already mentioned and Josh Sweat could both actually go in the 1st and I’d understand the grade, just think you can get them later. Other guys I like

Dorance Armstrong, Kansas
Ogbonnia Okoronkwo, Oklahoma
