I would really have to look to see if your theory is true, but in general, yes, good CBs who play man coverage, LBers who can rush are at a premium. He lucked into a dominant 5-tech in Watt..and a great 3-tech in Donald.
But yeah, there were two really ILBers in Denver...but none really ring a bell elsewhere...you are right, not real stars. Cushing in Hou, maybe.
Williams and ted Washington and Ratliff were "stars" but others were not...I wouldn't say journeyman not not pro Bowl types
