Not sure I like it, but I'll save 'disgrace' for things like poverty, corruption and greed!
Poverty is the work of divine agency. Corruption and greed are man's acts and often the root of atrocity. Much like stealing, which is what Tavon is doing by continuing to collect a paycheck from the Rams.
The Rams GAVE him that contract, he didn't steal it. If it was up to Tavon, he'd be on the field for every play. So to put the blame on Tavon is, in my estimation, misguided.
I'm not a Tavon apologist, it's just the way it is. I too think he didn't deserve that contract but you really can't blame him for it.
Sure you can blame him. And you can also hold him accountable. He never bothered to put in the work which is required to hone his craft. He should have spent the off seasons learning how to run routes properly and improving his hands. He chose not to and that's why he was seldom used, not because of some grand sequence of unfortunate events.
Look, I understand fans' wanting s player to improve and excel, but this really has gone on long enough.
It turned out to be a bad draft pick.
