2 things:

1.) I did see a tweet from Mike Garafolo that said that TA would be traded before the start of the league year. But there is no word from the Rams on the matter (Garafolo credits a 'source) [twitter.com]
2.) It makes absolutely no sense for any team to trade for him before March 16.
