The Rams have made mistakes in personnel, there is absolutely no getting around that.
I've said its not about being right...but getting it right.
The point is however, they're not infallible so its not unreasonable to have questions.

They're obviously committed to the 3-4 and realized after watching tape, AO wasn't IT.
Look IF I remember correctly the defense gave up 5.3ypc (29th) so evaluating the defense at seasons end they identified the stress points..
AO had to go which coincidentally freed up money for other positions.
I don't think they knew they could get Peters or Talib prior to arriving at a conclusion on AO.
The evaluation process starts immediately upon seasons end.
I agree Snead was essentially just dressing up a pig.
