I only included players still on the team. When u factor in the UDFA like Hekker, Snead has been above average. But trading up for Austin was bad. If Watkins leaves, that trade won't look so good anymore. The Peters trade remains a question mark IMO.

But the question remains, who really drafted those players? Fisher has his hand on a bunch of those guys.

If you're only including players still on the team, why are GRob, Pead, Quick, Bailey and Mason still on your list of bad picks? Seem a tad inconsistent to you too?

There are several players not still on the team precisely because they were great picks. The Drafting Department and the Player Retention Department are two different divisions in Rams, Inc. Why would you hold the Drafting Department responsible for decisions of the retention department?

It just seems like a mighty convenient way to not count JJ, EJ Gains, McLeod, TJ McDonald...

Why is Everett already on your list of bad picks? If Everett is already counted as a bad pick, can I count Ebukam as a good pick now? He contributed and did well.

Why aren't current OL starters Havenstein and Brown on the list of good picks? Starters don't count? What level of starter do you have to be? What about Higbee and Cooper? Longacre?

Why is a QB drafted to fill the backup role considered a bad pick when he's the current backup?

But the most important question of all you didn't answer. What defines 'very poor' drafting record?

You list 10 good picks and 8 bad; so am I to understand that a 56% hit rate is very poor?
