yes, the free agents were terrific. I just honestly think McVay came over and as part of his sales pitch during interviews said he would sign Whitworth and Woods. I could be wrong. I also do not want to give Snead credit for hiring McVay. We have no idea how that decision came to fruition, but I am more concerned with the players he has drafted. Im not trying to be a Hater, but Snead is living a charmed life. He got a second chance when he did not deserve one. I followed the rams draft like a fanatic during Snead's reign, and year after year he made terrible blunders that cost the Rams dearly. From trading down instead of drafting Wagner, and ending up with Pead and Rok Watkins, to drafting losers from his alma mater: Tre Mason and GRob, and who can forget Quick over Alshon? The reason he has hit on as many as he has is because we had twice if not three times as many high picks as most teams thanks to the RG3 fleecing.
anyway, he is a ram and i support the team, but i have much more confidence in McVay than I do Snead.
