Look Peters clearly has some character concerns. Some guys mature. Some guys do not. The rams are betting that they can help him mature and given what they gave up vs the talent of the player it seems like a reasonable gamble. Its possible they never what to make a long term investment in him but even so they should get him for 3 years.
