And since I'm in a combative mood, LOL, I can't let that 'right for a change' comment pass. I was right on Aaron Donald. (still waiting for an acknowledgment from you that you weren't) I was right on Saffold. I was right on Goff. I'm 98% sure that I was right on Snead. That Fisher was the problem, Snead wasn't. I was wrong on Todd Gurley. (But I was in good company and won't name names! winking smiley
Waiting on me to acknowledge what exactly about Donald? I've said in clear terms I don't like him and that my position is colored about what I know about him.
How about I acknowledge that I was right about him when I refuted Vinny's claim the deal would be done by camp?
What did I say? That the deal wasn't close.
Btw I would still trade Donald...the Rams would be better vs the run if they did.
You were right on Saffold? Boy you hold onto things tighter than the jaws of life
Right on Goff, in what sense he's not even calling his own plays yet or reading defenses. The JURY ain't even started deliberating on him yet!
Do you know what my position was on Gurley?
Let me attempt to clear something up that was in plain sight.
His vision was BAD last season and I called him on it. My comparison to Richardson (which I stated 3 times in the thread was about his vision)
I wasn't impressed with him but he came back strong this past season and I am very happy for him BUT....
Tell me why a 230lb back is trying to leap over 195lb corners in the open field?
Isn't that akin to a heavyweight playing stick and move with a lightweight?
Jusk askin! lol
We can agree to disagree on the Peters thing, I'm about 100% sure the money was not the issue.
Any team trading for him had the luxury of a very inexpensive test drive. No sale my friend!!
Best,
Laram
