Both might make it to 23, and both are extremely talented edge rushers. Key might be taken off the Rams' board, who knows, at least for that pick. But Landry is the larger concern there, where you know the Rams will be lookin hard at him. I think Landry will be in play against other options.
And don't forget ILB. It has a good chance to have very good value at 23 as well. I really like Evans, as he would upgrade us at ILB next to Tree but also can slide over and rush on third or passing downs.
Re: CB I fully agree with you on Hughes. He's my favorite of four guys who are very good cover corners (J Jackson, Ward, Alexander, Hughes). I don't think Jackson gets past Seattle, but any of those other three might.
Either way the Rams now have flexibility to consider the ILB, OLB, maybe even NT positions there at 23, since they don't have the pressing CB1 need hanging over their draft. And that's a good thing for making the best call on which guy to take. If it's Hughes, then yeah this secondary is going to be insanely good, because I think he (along with the other three) should translate pretty quickly in the right scheme. And Wade's scheme is ideal for any of the four.
