Stafford can win any game but he can also lose any game. He is a great competitor and talented, but is such a gambler and inconsistent which maybe he has to be because he never has a good enough defense.
I don't think he can go through and win 3 playoff games without some bad play killing the chance. In some sense, Kurt Warner, had a similar problem, but he got through in 1999, but a couple of times with the Rams 2000 and 2001 and than again with the Cardinals, he threw game changing interceptions in a playoff game.
Given that, as we saw with the Eagles, you play to win the game, so I just don't know. You have to be aggressive to some extent. Brady seems to have always had the perfect balance of being aggressive without recklessness, but he too has lost some big ones.
I do know this, if I had a bad team and my choices were limited, while Stafford would not be one of my top choices, I would probably roll the dice.
