1) Homerun - Going for it at the 2 and getting the touchdown
2) Homerun - Going for it on the other side of the 50
3) Dodged a bullet by settling for that field goal instead of passing on 3rd down late in the game.

I am getting though it was because the worst case situation was a tie IF HE MADE THE FIELD GOAL, but I still didn't think it was a good decision. Hogan just missed catching that first pass on the last drive and that would have changed everything.

There was scenario, where the field goal is missed and the patriots get good field position with plenty of time and win the game.
