As of right now the feeling is Jeff Fisher was the problem and Fisher did have total autonomy on personnel and his coaching staff...IMO, they let Snead do his thing working in concert with McVay, providing McVay the type of athletes he needs to be successful. For now, they are set, however, a dip in the standings could change the equation.
