Goff isn't adding 15 points to his QB rating next year.

The numbers you allude to - 540 attempts, 356 completions (66%), 4,860 yards (9.0 yards per attempt), 38 TDs, 10 int - would 'only' get Goff to 110.3.

For reference points:

The highest QB rate in 2017 was Alex Smith at 104.7.

Brady lead the league in passing yards with 4,577 yards.

Brees lead the league in average at 8.1 ypa.

Wilson lead the league with 34 TDs.
