Goff needs to be a team captain this year. And I think he will be.
If the Rams are going to improve it will be because of Goff and McVay taking the next step in their respective roles. And I feel a lot better than last year about that happening.
Sure, there are rosters things that need to be addressed, mostly on defense, but the key is the HC and QB.
Just look at all the Niners love going on right now because of JimmyG and Shanny. That is the only real difference between this year and the year before.
