There are actually 4 uncommon games as I pointed out and if you looked at the entire schedule rather than just those two games you would see that all NFL schedules are balanced. You can't dismiss the fact that the Rams get to play the 49ers twice simply because they are division games.
Granted, the Rams have tougher crossover games, but you can't overlook the fact that they have easier division games, too.
Did Seattle have easier division games vs the Rams this year?
You just never know.
Also, I have had the schedule "format" book marked for years and I am usually the first to post the next seasons schedule so I am WELL versed on how it all works.
