Very comparable.
Judging by 2017 results, home opponents in 2018 look slightly tougher, away opponents in 2018 look slightly easier.
But it all changes so fast... Texans were gonna be a tough game until the Watson injury.
All in all, Rams got some lucky breaks re. injuries in 2017 (especially for Cowboys -Lee, Saints - 2 corners, Texans -Watson, and Seahawks game 2 - everybody.)
