Is what constitutes holding the ball too long. Goff never throws to receivers right at or just before they come out of their break. They are typically out of their break already. This is as little as 0.5 seconds. So holding the ball too long is not always easy to see from the QBs view but it is when you see a receiver turned towards the QB and waiting on the ball.
As for his long ball...please Goff and McVay, work on this and your anemic 2:00 minute offense.
On a positive note...I thought Goff threw some excellent passes in tight windows. On a negative note, a number of his short passes and his deep balls were ugly.
