They should contend almost immediately.

And the Raiders are relocating with a coach who hasn't relocated a team before, correct? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm. So again, this begs the question I've asked before... was it really that important that Fisher had relocation experience? Gruden doesn't have any. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
