His win percentage is only 54%, but he finished in first place in his division 5 out of 11 seasons. It was basically feast or famine with Gruden. But to be fair to him, the Bucs team he was "traded" to was in a really bad place with the salary cap. After winning the Super Bowl they were basically crippled with regards to who they could retain, sign, etc. Under more ideal circumstances... who knows?
