They're 2nd and 3rd stringers for a reason. In normal situations you're never going to see them all playing all at once.
It's not financially possible to have starter quality players populating the entire 53, it just isn't. Every team is in the same boat. I bet if any other team started THAT MANY 2nd and 3rd stringers they wouldn't look any better.
Agreed that they didn't look very good against the Whiners starters, but frankly I wasn't surprised by it.
