I am not going to back off that or suppress it especially if you put it out there and others find it odd or absurd when it is the truth.
He had better fix it, correct it augment his tendency and settle down or what was our strength this year could become a weakness next year and more relevant this post season could be shortened by it.
Two areas concern me. Passing game rhythm need more ball control passes not just throw outs behind the LOS or to Outside for 1 yard but more quick slants and crossing patterns just beyond the LOS and in the middle of the field. We have a more aggressive approach and often go for chunk plays. We seldom use the TE to simply move the changes mostly everything is towards the outside but now would not hurt to start angling inside. The running game is Gurley but while our OL has improved and our passing game has helped we need to be able to also plug in our other runners to be effective like Minnesota and New Orleans to allow us to break the will of our opponents and to short games that could otherwise lead to shoot-out and expose our defensive weaknesses.
I have not forgotten our SB loss to the Patriots. Our offense was not suited for the run game and were played like we expected Pats to stop Faulk and so we ran from shadows and lessened our shot at winning a winnable game.
